Dart fletching is the fastest XP method in Fletching — and one of the fastest in the entire game. Dragon Darts give 25 XP each at ~70,000 darts/hour, yielding 1.75M XP/hr. Rune Darts (18.8 XP) are significantly cheaper for similar speeds.
Longbow cutting from logs is highly AFK. Yew Longbows (u) give 75 XP each. You can cut while watching videos or doing other activities. ~2,500 bows/hr for ~187K XP/hr.
Broad Bolts (3 XP each, level 55) and Broad Arrows (10 XP each, level 52) offer solid XP with Slayer Point efficiency. Bolt and arrow production is semi-AFK with batches of 10-15.
Yew and Magic Longbows (strung) often sell for more than their materials. Certain bolts also profit depending on market conditions. Check GE prices before bulk buying.
Cut bows from logs you gather. String with bowstrings from flax or Temple Trekking. A natural progression from low-tier to Magic Longbows. Broad ammunition uses Slayer Points.
