Harpoons

The Dragon Harpoon has a special attack that boosts Fishing by +3 for one catch. The Crystal Harpoon (Dragon + Crystal Shard) provides the special attack plus a 35% faster catch rate.

  • Ignoring Tempoross after unlocking it — Excellent rewards, good XP, and collection log items.
  • Skipping Barbarian Fishing for efficient multi-skill training — Free Strength and Agility XP adds up to 1.3M+.
  • Forgetting Angler Outfit bonuses — +2.5% XP saves thousands of fish over the grind.
  • Selling fish needed for Cooking — Coordinate Fishing and Cooking training for maximum efficiency.
  • Choosing overly click-intensive methods for long sessions — Match method intensity to your available attention.
  • Ignoring equipment upgrades like better harpoons — Dragon and Crystal Harpoons significantly improve catch rates.
